L'appartamento è disponibile per 2 adulti con possibilità aggiunta divano letto per 2 bambini sotto i 12 anni . Nel grande cortile esterno troverete una piscina a sale con area relax su terrazza panoramica con vista su castello e vigneti con tramonti unici.

Tranquilla casa unifamiliare nel borgo di Calcinaia nei pressi di Papiano, a circa 13 km dal Passo della Calla, 2 km da Stia e a 800 m dal confine del Parco Nazionale, adatta a famiglie e amanti delle escursioni all'aria aperta e bici. Presente cucina attrezzata, 2 camere matrimoniali, doppi servizi con doccia e vasca. Giardino privato di circa 50 mq adatto per relax e pranzi e cene all'aria aperta. Parcheggio pubblico presente in loco. Connessione internet veloce disponibile nei mesi estivi.

La casa per gli ospiti è un' ala indipendente della grande colonica su due piani: 3 camere , cucina, soggiorno, bagno. La piscina privata è in esclusiva per chi affitta la casa (max 4 persone) Non affittiamo camere singole. Zona barbecue. Totale privacy.

The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
