Ideală pentru 2 familii cu copii. La parter avem o bucătărie utilată (inclusiv mașină de spălat vase și rufe, cafetieră, prăjitor, blender,….) Zona de luat masa pentru 6-8 persoane, zona de relax cu șemineu, tv, o canapea extensibilă și o baie. La etaj 2 dormitoare mari, 1 dormitor mic și o baie

Căsuța de piatră

Relaxează-te cu întreaga familie sau cu prietenii în această locuință liniștită. Situată într-o zonă retrasă din cartierul Poiana Țapului din Bușteni, căsuța noastră este ideală pentru o familie numeroasă, 2-3 cupluri sau un grup de prieteni ce vor să-și petreacă vacanța la munte. Proprietatea are un stil arhitectural deosebit, exteriorul fiind placat cu piatră și lemn. Are 2 etaje: parter și demisol. La parter sunt 3 dormitoare și 2 băi. La demisol, un living spațios cu bucătărie open-space.

The Vineyard Cottage

The dancing light makes this place special. The vineyard, the beautifully mornings, the shady terrace under the ancient winding apricot tree. It’s a two bedroom, two bathroom, renovated, historic cottage sitting in a garden surrounded by vineyards. How about a farmers-market on Sunday mornings in the nearby village, the salty baths and pampering massage at Sarata-Monteoru, wine tasting at the best wineries in Romania, and restaurants, from intimate bistros to a rowdy bbq joint.

The Rose Farm, accommodation & event venue

Our garden is easily accessed from National Road 1(DN1) in Ciolpani. The pool is 6x3x1,5 meters, the big gazebo has 110 square meters and can accomodate up to 70persons at chairs and tables leaving enough room for dancing and placing the food inside in case of bad weather. Price listed here is small parties up to max 15 people including accommodation of up to 8 persons. For larger parties please send info on no of persons as a request. Parties must end at 12 at night.

Uită de grijile tale în această locuință spațioasă și liniștită. Situata în apropierea barajului Paltinu, casa este înconjurată de peisaje minunate, spre dealul Negras sau Stana Rusului. Ideal pentru drumetii, relaxare, sărbători, team-building, vacanta cu familia, etc. În curte regăsiți un heleșteu, foc de tabăra, grătar, hamac, leagane. Exista 3 bai comune pentru cele 8 camere, bucatarie utilata, o sala spatioasa pentru petrecere.
