Cách quảng trường Wenceslas 5,2km, cách bến tàu điện 200m, giao thông thuận lợi để vào trung tâm thành phố. Căn hộ ở tầng bán hầm, các phòng không có cửa sổ nhưng có hệ thống thông gió vô cùng thoáng. Đặc biệt về mùa hè bên ngoài nóng nực nhưng trong căn hộ luôn mát tự nhiên mà không cần đến điều hòa.
