Lovely private studio apartment with bath.

The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

Three bedrooms and 2 full baths along with an open floor plan welcome you once inside. The master bedroom has a King size bed and full size beds in the other two bedrooms. WiFi provided. 35 miles from the Smokies, and Cumberland mountains. Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge, and 6 miles from Down town Knoxville and the beautiful campus of The University of Tennessee.

Host responds new lamps in LR @ Creekbend with USB port, closet storage master bedroom for hanging suits, shirts, pants etc. High chair for toddler, standing floor mirror/chest GP master bedroom. A make-up vanity station, master bathroom, crock pot and casserole dishes and finally a ottoman in the master bedroom. Standby for updated pics to reflect the visible changes. Guests can enjoy the large back deck area with a grill and fire pit. Or sit and enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened in porch. WiFi and Sling TV is included. Centrally located, guests can visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Downtown Knoxville, Kentucky Casino, and is close to McGee-Tyson Airport.
