WLAN und Fernseher sind selbstverständlich, ebenso eine Klimaanlage (kalt und warm), eine Badewanne und, zum abkühlen, eine Aussendusche auf der Terrasse. Fußweg zum Lopar Strand in Novi sind 8-10 Minuten.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
