Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Our peaceful and quiet “open concept” home is located in the southern Pacific mountains, 3,000 ft. up from pristine southern coast beaches to the west with the majestic Talamanca mountains to the east. Temperatures are ideal: daytime max in the 80’s, nighttime lows in the 60’s year round. A stunning view of the Pacific, including the amazing Osa peninsula is only a 10 minute walk up our road, the Rio Águila, where you can refresh in large swimming holes and massaging waterfalls, is 1 km away.

La propiedad cuenta con proximidad a supermercados, restaurantes, centro de salud y estación de servicio, además de acceso directo a calle asfaltada. A 6 minutos se ubican COSEVI la estación donde se realiza las pruebas de manejo y la terminal de Tracopa(Buses). Ofrecemos amplio estacionamiento para dos vehículos.
