Totalmente reconstruída em 2021, este espaço pretende continuar a ser um lar de convívio entre familiares e amigos.

La Casa Chão de Ourém est située aux abords du village rural de Montargil offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac et ses activités. Idéalement positionnée sur un terrain de 3 hectares pour un séjour au calme et au grand air. Une intimité totale proposée sans vis à vis, sans voisinage, entouré de la nature. Le point fort... Vous avez accès à l'ensemble des commerces et restaurants du village à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la maison et à 5 minutes en voiture vous êtes sur le lac de Montargil.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
