The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Our Grandmother’s house is located in the peaceful village of San Lorenzo della Costa, in Santa Margherita Ligure. This bright panoramic apartment in a detached house offers stunning views over the Gulf of Tigullio. Situated on a quiet narrow road, it is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing stay. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. We live on the ground floor of the same house. Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful.

La casa è totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde dell'uliveto ligure, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso. Il panorama fruibile dalle terrazze e dalle finestre si apre dall'estremo ponente ligure al Monte di Portofino e nelle giornate limpide fino all'arcipelago toscano e la Corsica. Il mare (500 m.) La Finestra sul Mare

LA FINESTRA SUL MARE Open space di 50 mq sulla spiaggia in cui rilassarsi con il rumore della risacca. Si trova all’ultimo piano (terzo), senza ascensore e con scala ripida, di una delle coloratissime casette dei pescatori. Ci sono anche scale interne per raggiungere il soppalco del letto matrimoniale. Arredato ispirandosi al mondo delle imbarcazioni, realizzato in legno e acciaio, può accogliere 2+2 persone (bambini). Adatto a persone con spirito spartano.
