My apartment is a traditional Victorian building, a 60 second walk to the beach and the Promenade - Portobello is the place to be if you want to experience more local life and enjoy the sea air and many brilliant restaurants, bars and shops whilst still being very close to the centre. Centrally located, this 2 double bedroom ground floor main door apartment, has a lush, artsy feel within a pretty and quiet, traditional tenement crescent, with free street parking for your car, and many buses into the city. Walking, its 25 mins from Waverley train,3 mins to Holyrood Park, Arthur's Seat, the Palace of Holyrood, and Royal Mile, are 15 minute. In the other direction the trendy city beach of Portobello with prom, cafes, artisan shops, 25 min walk away.
