An elevated two bedroom apartment with remarkable unobstructed views of the Harbour, the village and the sea. The Village, Harbour & Beach are a short but steep walk down the lane from Crows Nest. A uniquely modern restoration of an Old Rectory, fitted to the latest standards. Large rooms, big windows and uncluttered furnishings allow for spacious, comfortable living. A private roof terrace allows for al fresco dining overlooking the sea. Private On-site parking. An EV charger is also available

Wild Willow Camping.

You will be staying in our beautiful camping pod set in 7 acres of woodland, orchard and meadow, less than two miles from the beach and with distant views to Dartmoor. It is very quiet as there are no other guests on the site. The pod is in a wooded area a short walk from the parking space. Please bring appropriate footwear and clothing for the outdoors and sometimes wet/windy weather. The pod has no heating so please come prepared at cooler times of the year, we will provide additional bedding.

Characterful and Homely Clara's Cottage, Looe

Clara's cottage is a beautiful grade II listed fisherman's cottage on West Looe Hill. Built early 1800's it is quaint and full of character. Situated just 3 minutes stroll from the harbour and 8 minutes to the beach with fantastic restaurants, pubs & shops all within walking distance. All your needs are catered for within the cottage with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats for 4, home from home living area. For those rainy days we have a selection of games, books and DVDs.

The Bungalooe

A unique private cosy quiet pad with privacy and independence. Only 3 mins walk to the river and sea, 2 mins to a 500yr old pub 'The Jolly Sailor' and a great local shop selling excellent food etc. Looe is friendly happy and a safe place with great beaches and loads to do! I have quite allot of rescue animals on the property (dog, chickens, an avary a macaw called Babes with a slight attitude problem :) (She is in the house with me) they are mostly quiet but obviously they make some noise.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door. There’s a sea glimpse from the bedroom & a great sea view from the sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close by.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Penlowen (run by myself, a sleep practitioner and retired teacher and my musician husband) provides affordable eco-friendly holiday accommodation for people who wish to enjoy Cornwall's coastline and gorgeous oldy-worldy village of Polperro.
