Perfectly positioned next to the sea, it is a few steps from the beach and just around the corner from all village amenities including award-winning restaurants, shops. delicatessens and two pubs. Penver studio is a cosy, homely one bedded apartment on the side of our house in the beautiful quaint village of Treen, St Levan. We are just a stones throw from the southwest coast path, leading to Pedn Vounder beach, Penberth cove, Porthcurno and The Minack Theatre. The village has a seasonal cafe and a pub open all year round for food and drinks; The Logan Rock Inn. We live in the other side of the house and are on hand for local tips, recommendations and any questions you may have.

Sea views from Master Bedroom and Sitting Room, Wood Burner.Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and watch fabulous sunsets from the bedroom window.The cottage is an 1850s former Post Office , which retains some original features ,such an the huge granite fire place. It has a warm and cozy feel and has been finished and equipped to a high specification. Spot the seals playing,take a boat trip or investigate the paddle rock pool. A very special place!

Old cottage in farm yard above beaches. Walking distance from village. Available Saturday to Saturday Conservatory is part of our place.! Weekly bookings only in June,July September Long weekends In the other months. Sorry, but no bookings less than 4 days, possibly 3 on request We are mainly Saturday changeover, we can make exceptions during the winter, but usually week bookings. It is also only a 5 min walk to the Minack theatre and the southwest coastal path. Porthcurno beach has been used for filming Poldark and is rated one of the top beaches in the UK.
