Günstig und nur wenige Gehminuten von allen besten Prestons entfernt. Unsere Gäste genießen den komplett eingezäunten und privaten Garten, rösten einige Marshmallows und lassen deine Familie laufen und spielen. Unsere Gäste lieben ihre schönen hohen Decken und hübschen Zierleisten sowie ihre Macken wie steile Treppen und Fensterklimageräte! Wir sind flexibel und hoffen, dass du deine Zeit in Preston genauso liebst wie wir!

Dein privates Ferienhaus ist von wunderschönen Farm- und Ranchland umgeben. Dieses Ferienhaus liegt nur 1,5 Meilen südlich von Prestons Stadtzentrum und ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen, die Berge zu betrachten und die Natur zu genießen. Du hast einen spektakulären Blick auf die Bear River-Bergkette im Osten, und du kannst Schafe blöken, Falken schweben, Eulen huhen, Pferde wiehern, Sprinklerleitungen die Felder bewässern und Traktoren auf den fernen Feldern arbeiten sehen und hören.

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is also a hide a bed & air mattress.

Wonderful cabin located in Paradise, Utah. The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, and large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The patio has a grill, a large fire pit, and a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking.

Enjoy a 2000' two bedroom walk-out BASEMENT with private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, aged pool table, home theater, and 50" TV, WiFi, and home theater powered by Roku. All this is completely separate from the house. Please let us know if you intend to use the second full bed in the home theater as it requires a little set-up time and effort. there is a single bed in the home theater you are welcome to use. This home is seven miles north of Logan in a beautiful safe neighborhood.
