Nestled on famous Penn Cove, this charming single-story home offers direct beach access, stunning 180° views of the Olympic and Cascade Mountains and all the comforts of home including Air Conditioning. Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

Although we are within the city limits, you'll feel completely removed from the hubbub of daily life, with plenty of stores and restaurants near by. The Olympic Discovery trail runs very close by, making it easy to take a walk or bike ride. During the summer, feel free to pick a few raspberries, figs, peaches, apples, pears and even kiwis!
