Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

L'appartement est dans un immeuble niçois au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur , bien équipé, avec un confort de qualité, au calme donnant sur une courette. L'appartement est situé au pied de la basse corniche où passent les bus direction Villefranche-sur-mer, Beaulieu-sur-mer, Eze, Cap d'Ail, Monaco, Menton.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
