Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the LIV

Must be 25 and older to book during springbreak/Our waterfront cottage, which has access through the laguna madre channel- out to SPI, is the perfect place to get away, fish in the dock and relax! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath (plus sofa- bed), large deck, pet area and fishing dock offer comfortable space for families to enjoy time. Long Island Village offers pools, a gym, security, and more to go with your experience. Disclosure: there is a $94 resort fee by Long Island Village (included in the price)
