Off grid Shepherds hut with amazing sea views and wood fired hot tub. located on our farm overlooking Port Quin bay, a short walk to the sea, located between Port Isaac and Polzeath. The hut was hand built on our farm. The hut is situated with a great sea view, a 5 minute walk from car access across one of our sheep grazing fields. Bring your wellies for the field and flip flops for the beach! The hut is not suitable for infants or children. We also run a Sauna at Port Quin bookable seperatly.

PQ1 Unique coastal off-grid cabin

Welcome to outside the box PQ. This space is a fully off grid container cabin, built by myself. The cabin faces west and south, with sea views and an abundance of natural light. You have everything you need for some serious relaxation here. Self contained with a 12v fridge, lighting and usb charge points all powered by solar panel. A gas hot water system and hobs for cooking. Set a long way from any buildings you will have total privacy. Located a 10min walk from the coast and Port Quin harbour

Pop's Place (The Annexe) is attached to Carnawn and sleeps 3. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. Please see property description for layout. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the area.

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. The Porthole

This peaceful and central cottage is located at the top of Port Isaac village, step out of the front door to breathtaking views of the bay. There are plenty of walks on the doorstep, both Port Isaac and Port Gaverne beach are within a 5 minute walk. If you would rather sit back and relax, head to one of Port Isaac 7 pubs/restaurants or grab a coffee and watch the waves. Port Isaac is a short drive away from Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and many more lovely villages for you to visit. Dogs welcome.
