Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Welcome to "Sunset Oasis”! A 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath picturesque lakefront cottage located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This property features a fully screened in porch, upper and lower decks, a relaxing 4-person hot tub, a private dock with a large sun deck, and 1 vertical boat lift. Fish off the dock, float on a tube (we can rent ours!), have a waterside bonfire or enjoy a paddle in the 2 kayaks provided for use.

Every detail is custom- built by our Cider House crew. This little hobbit house sits on our 70 acre property of regenerative pasture, forest, and apple orchards— shared with our grass-fed flocks and herds of turkey, chicken, pigs, sheep, and white angus.
