This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Home with lake view and garden

Our house is divided on two floors + mezzanine, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a table and a bathroom with shower; go up one floor and find the living room with fireplace, TV, balcony with beautiful lake view and double sofa bed; go up again, mezzanine with double bed. In addition we provide our guests a small garden with barbecue and shady table from the vineyard. The house is located in a very quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the lake.

La suite PORTO 7 è stata costruita per offrire ai propri ospiti un esperienza unica, un vero contatto con il lago: meravigliose finestre permettono una vista mozzafiato sul lago in continuo movimento, doccia esperienziale a vostra disposizione. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

Questa straordinaria residenza offre un ambiente lussuoso e un'atmosfera rilassante. L'ampio giardino terrazzo, dotato di un comodo divano, ti permette di goderti il panorama mozzafiato del lago mentre ti rilassi all'aria aperta. Il barbecue è perfetto per organizzare cene all'aperto con amici e familiari, creando momenti indimenticabili.
