In der Stadt Plesio, auf einer natürlichen Terrasse über dem Comer See, etwa 600 Meter hoch, schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses von einem großen Garten mit Blick auf den See umgeben. Die erste Etage wird von mir, meinem Mann und unseren drei Kindern zehn, sieben und sechs Jahre besetzt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sonnigen Lage mit einem eigenen Eingang vom Garten aus. Es ist sehr gemütlich und ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Sofas und einem Sofa-Doppelbett, Küche mit Herd mit 4 Kochplatten und Backofen, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und direktem Zugang zum Garten, ein Bad mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. Der Garten ist mit Tisch, Stühlen, Sonnenliegen, Grill, Kinderspielplatz und einen großen Pool ausgestattet. Der Garten und der Pool werden mit meiner Familie geteilt. Es gibt auch Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, Waschmaschine, Kinderbett und Kinderwagen für kleine Kinder. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Parkplätze sind in der angrenzenden öffentlichen Parkplatz. The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.

Home with lake view and garden

Our house is divided on two floors + mezzanine, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a table and a bathroom with shower; go up one floor and find the living room with fireplace, TV, balcony with beautiful lake view and double sofa bed; go up again, mezzanine with double bed. In addition we provide our guests a small garden with barbecue and shady table from the vineyard. The house is located in a very quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the lake.
