LUCIA’ s è una casa indipendente ed una privacy assicurata dal giardino privato tutt’attorno. Siamo a sette km dalla Cappella di Giotto ed a 5 km dall’ uscita autostradale A4 di Padova est. La distribuzione interna di LUCIA’s è un open space con due letti matrimoniali, una cucina completa, una zona pranzo con tavolo, due stanze da bagno il tutto in un ambiente rinnovato a fine 2025. Portico con tavolo da ping pong e caminetto esterno, li abbiamo. Set lavanderia, presente. ADSL veloce, presente.

La Casa di Michele si trova in una delle vie caratteristiche del centro storico a due passi dal polo ospedaliero, comoda per un piacevole soggiorno alla scoperta di questa bellissima città d’arte. Passeggiando si raggiungono i siti di maggiore interesse storico: Cappella degli Scrovegni, Palazzo della Ragione, il Santo. Vi perderete tra le sue vivaci Piazze, Sotto Salone, fino a Prato della Valle e Orto Botanico. Tutto questo soggiornando in un confortevole appartamento luminoso e moderno.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.
