An old house in Lombada, Ponta do Sol surrounded by mostly banana trees and other tropical fruit trees cultivated using organic farming methods, "levadas" and beautiful landscapes from the ocean to the mountains. NOTE: Guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €2 per night from 1st September 2024 up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 13 are exempt. This is an AL (local accommodation) studio, with about 36m2, modern, integrated in a centenary stone house – designated Casa Mãe – with a magnificent view to the Atlantic Ocean.
