Se é um amante das caminhadas ou um praticante de BTT aqui encontrará respostas para os seus hobbies. Nested on top of a forested hill, the windmill location allows you to enjoy the adjacent trails and bathe in nature and also explore some of the best Silver coast beaches, only a few min away. Explore Nazaré, a quaint fisherman's town, known for the biggest waves in the world, the picturesque port town of Sao Martinho and the medieval village of Óbidos, all only a few minutes away.

Welcome to Tomar Old Town House located in the center of the Medieval Town of Tomar at 1 minute walking from the main square - Praça Gualdim Paes - and only a few minutes driving to the Convent of Christ classified as UNESCO World Heritage and Tomar Castle. Amazing house with private courtyard, fully furnished for relax moments and 3 confortable rooms, with one master suite with 25 m2. We work with a Water Ski/ Wakeboard Academy in Castelo do Bode Dam with special prices for our guests.

Located at an altitude of 470m, the house boasts stunning views of up to 50 miles on a clear day. Recently restored to a high standard, the guesthouse comes complete with a private wood-burning hot tub (October-May) that can be a plunge pool in summer and a larger shared swimming pool that can be private upon request.

The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Das Haus ist mehr als 100 Jahre alt, und wurde 2001 renoviert. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Grillplatz mit Steinofen und einen sehr großen Garten mit Pool. Es befindet sich fast genau in der Mitte zwischen Porto und Lissabon (jeweils ca 160km), und 30km weit weg vom Strand. Während ihrem Aufenthalt können sie auch touristische Attraktionen besichtigen, wie z.B.: Alcobaça, Batalha, Coimbra, Fátima, Óbidos und Nazaré.

The estate is very close to Fátima, Porto de Mós, Batalha e Nazaré. Excellent base to explore central Portugal or to stop by when travelling between Lisbon and Porto.
