Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Upper Pityme has its own small open plan outside area & provides smart self-contained accommodation and countryside views. There is easy access to the stunning beaches one mile walk away. Situated at the top of the lovely seaside resort of Rock,Upper Pityme has it's own private entrance & parking. Includes: double bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining, living space & WiFi . Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

Little Haven is a comfy cabin, with off-road parking. The property sits at the gateway to the picturesque Sandy beach of Rock, which is a 15/20 min walk. Rock ferry runs regularly to the famous fishing town of Padstow which offers excellent places to eat. Also nearby is the surfing beach of Polzeath. A short drive away is Port Isaac, home to the Fisherman's Friends and Doc Martin. Pityme Pub a 2 min walk, offers food including breakfast The property has a mini fridge, sink, kettle and toaster.

Scarrabine farmhouse annex is in a beautiful, quiet coastal location. Easy free parking unlike Port Isaac! Amazing sea views and sunsets from the bedroom. Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

PQ1 Unique coastal off-grid cabin

Welcome to outside the box PQ. This space is a fully off grid container cabin, built by myself. The cabin faces west and south, with sea views and an abundance of natural light. You have everything you need for some serious relaxation here. Self contained with a 12v fridge, lighting and usb charge points all powered by solar panel. A gas hot water system and hobs for cooking. Set a long way from any buildings you will have total privacy. Located a 10min walk from the coast and Port Quin harbour

Pop's Place (The Annexe) is next to Carnawn and sleeps 3. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.
