Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Off grid Shepherds hut with amazing sea views and wood fired hot tub. located on our farm overlooking Port Quin bay, a short walk to the sea, located between Port Isaac and Polzeath. The hut was hand built on our farm. The hut is situated with a great sea view, a 5 minute walk from car access across one of our sheep grazing fields. Bring your wellies for the field and flip flops for the beach! The hut is not suitable for infants or children. We also run a Sauna at Port Quin bookable seperatly.

Our spacious self contained ground floor apartment is in a quiet residential area of Padstow with private off road parking . The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! Get away from it all, going back to basics but with a few luxuries such as an ensuite bathroom (shower), 100% cotton bedding and kitchenette. The Laos hut which is a traditional design from the far East is built on stilts to give the shepherds a good view of their flock it also has an amazing panoramic view of the sea and coast it is totally private in its own enclosed field and just 2 fields away from the coastal path between Trebarwith and Port Isaac.direct access to Tregardock beach The hut has a small double bed a wood stove and solar lights. no Tv no internet A seperate hut has the shower wc basin and camp kitchen.
