In the basement there is a table tennis, darts, PS4 and kids corner. In the yard there are two more units, each with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The houses are fully equipped, air-conditioned, have underfloor heating and alarm system - ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

Im EG befinden sich eine Küche mit Essbereich, ein separates Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine große überdachte Terrasse. Kuća se nalazi 400 metara od mora i pješčane plaže, restorana 200 m, trgovine 100 m. Parkiralište je dostupno uz kuću. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu. Veličina apartmana 45 m2. Apartman ima 2 spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju i dnevni boravak s kaučem za dodatnu osobu. Svaka spavaća soba ima bračni krevet za 2 osobe. Kupaonica je s tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena hladnjakom, zamrzivačem, mikrovalnom pećnicom. U apartmanu je također dostupan klima uređaj, besplatni wifi i satelitska TV.
