Spacious Condo with huge Lanai

Oversized 1500 sq. ft north shore condo. Floor to ceiling windows throughout providing plenty of natural light and giving the condo a tree house feel. Huge 800+ sq. foot wrap around lanai overlooking the largest open space in the complex, perfect for morning breakfasts and evening relaxing. Complex features one of the largest pools in Princeville, a pavilion with BBQ, ping-pong table, and lounge chairs. Various snorkel sets, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, sand toys provided for use!

Our Dream Home

This is a custom two storied house of 2600 square feet. The bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen and the living room are upstairs. The upstairs is big and open; it is a full 1000 square feet area with an open beam ceiling, teak floor and many fine details to enjoy cooking, eating and entertaining. There is a covered lanai attached to the living room area with a round table that sits 4 people, a hammock and a gas grill where you can enjoy a meal while looking at mountains and waterfalls.
