Byt se nachází na velmi dobrém místě v rodinném domě. Centrum města pěšky cca 10 min. Před domem hned zastávka MHD. Velmi blízko je i oblíbená Jablonecká přehrada-využití jak v létě tak v zimě( kolo, in-line, koupání, paddleboard, atd.) Vlaková zastávka cca 3 min. pěšky.
