This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Public transport is infrequent, a car is preferable. Palmela Castle is close-by, as is the Arrábida Natural Park. Beaches, Setúbal, Lisbon and the airport are within easy reach.

Accessible by foot (181 steps) or via a vehicle operated by staff for check in and out, the house guarantees absolute privacy. The house is separated in two structures, and offers an escape, where the hustle of cars is replaced by the presence of nature. Each bedroom, offers panoramic ocean vistas, ensuring every awakening is as breathtaking as the view. Walking distance from the beach!

WINTER MONTHS The house has central heating. A very efficient floor heating system keeps the house warm. You will not be cold, we guarantee it! Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. No airbnb services are allowed in our house at any time.

Casa das Pérgolas is more than a beach house, it is an extremely confortable house in summer or winter, making it a perfect year-round peaceful retreat. Our house is located in Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, a 5-minute drive away from the beaches of Comporta, Carvalhal and Pego. You can also rent a bike nearby and access secluded beaches which are not easily accessible by car. The well preserved natural reserve of pine forest right in front of our house is perfect for a morning walk.

Sie können auch gerne Fahrräder oder ein Auto für eine Tour mieten. Wir sind ca. 20 Min. mit dem Auto von Lissabon.
