Our eco-friendly award winning contemporary home is a superb base to stay on Dartmoor with stunning views & great walks all around. A full English breakfast is included, many choices to choose from. Except on show days when cereal & toast are provided We have two double bedrooms with a private bathroom, which are downstairs in a separate wing. If one room is booked the second will remain empty. 2 acres of gardens dedicated to wildlife & plenty of outdoor seating & free parking We live on site

🏠 Private self-contained GROUND FLOOR ensuite bedroom in our house. Access via private main side door. Self check-in via lockbox key access. All recently refurbished. Guests have the whole place to themselves. This includes a bedroom, a bathroom and tea/coffee/toaster/fridge area. ☕️ Dishes and cutlery provided to make a cuppa, breakfast and snacks . Smart TV, Fridge, kettle, toaster & hairdryer provided 🚗 Parking for a medium sized car in marked space- as long as no oil leaks.

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

We are a small friendly B&B in Dartmouth centre, on waterfront with stunning views of the river and out to sea. En-suite bedroom on ground floor with king sized double bed, door leading to 2 single beds (cot available). Bath and shower. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until the end of September if there is a space available. (2hrly during day). Winter parking free. A perfect location for all the city has to offer! Only 5 minutes walk to the Exeter University and Northcott theatre. The city centre, quayside and train station are just 10 minutes walk away! One spacious double bedroom in a detached house in a quiet location close to major transport links and Exeter City Centre. The name of our house is Harefield House . Sorry no pets . My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily.
