Centrally situated, a 20 minute drive will find you reaching Muizenberg, Hout Bay, City Bowl, Waterfront & Canal Walk. The Constantia region is well known for it's immaculate wine estates and award winning wines. Unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for children under 12.

We have an inverter as a back up during load shedding + our own water treatment plant for high quality water directly from the tap, better than any plastic bottled water.

Separate kitchen with dining table, fridge/ freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, kettle, air fryer and toaster . (No oven) one plate gas stove. Close to shopping centre's and restaurants.

Separate entrance into private garden apartment. Spacious double bedroom with two single beds OR a King size by request, free WIFI. En suite toilet/shower & basin. There is a fridge, microwave, stove and kettle in the lounge/kitchen area. Beautiful pool for guests enjoyment. Secure parking for average size vehicle behind automated gate.Unfortunately no pets allowed as I have two dogs.
