Plemmyrium is a beautiful residence to spend nice moments in front of the sea. The Villa, for 6 people, it has a kitchen, 3 bedrooms sea view, living room, 2 bathrooms, a portico terrace seaview. Upstairs there is an independent apartment for 2 people max with an additional cost. The house is surrounded by a unique atmosphere and silence. The garden, with aromatic Mediterranean plants, includes a relax area with deck chairs and swimming pool as well as barbecue and laundry room.

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.

Casa Plemmirio d'aMare -Villetta vista mare

Villetta con panorama sull'Area marina protetta del Plemmirio. La struttura composta dall'ingresso sulla grande cucina ben fornita, bagno doppio, di cui uno in camera, entrambi con doccia, 3 camere matrimoniale. La villetta è divisa in due parti : una parte da affittare, e l'altra parte abitata da noi, ma nessuno spazio in comune, eccetto il cancello principale. A 14km dal centro storico Ortigia, a 20 minuti dal centro.
