Enjoy this unique and newly decorated apartment, 600 m from the first beach on foot. The apartment is located on a hill. It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.

Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, aber weit genug entfernt, um eine gute Nachtruhe zu haben. Es ist leicht zu Fuß zu gehen, weil wir nicht auf einem Hügel sind. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Versicherungsgesellschaft. Wir wohnen im Haus, und die Wohnungen befinden sich im 1. und 2. Stock. Wir haben 6 Parkplätze, einen für jede Wohnung.
