Diese Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend in Cocles . Der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten (300 m) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist für die Bedürfnisse des tropischen Klimas gebaut. Hohe Decken, keine Fenster, schönes Holz. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht nötig. Wir möchten aus mehreren Gründen auch keine Klimaanlage haben eine sehr schlechte Klimabilanz, hohe Lärmbelästigung, Moskitonetze statt Fenster = kein dichter Raum.

Situada en una calle muy tranquila del pueblo, lo suficientemente apartada para no escuchar los ruidos del pueblo. La casa es tipo estudio, de 30 metros cuadrados. Su diseño es típicamente caribeño, estilo victoriano. Cuenta con una cama doble. La casa esta totalmente equipada.
