Charming, rustic, private apartment attached to our home located in Playuela, Aguadilla, PR. It has its own entrance, is composed of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a custom built bathtub with a stunning sea view, and a common space with a day bed convertible to two twin beds. It includes a dining space, a sofa, and a totally equipped kitchenette. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and the common area, and the property has an emergency generator. This is a studio on a cliff with a spectacular view facing mangroves, Middlesex and Poza El Teodoro beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Each studio has Smart TV internet, private bathroom, kitchenette microwave, electric coffee maker, small refrigerator, queen size bed, side table, futon (convertible to twin size bed), AC and a balcony with ocean view. The common areas for the studios are a pool, gazebo, sitting area by the pool and they all have ocean view. Pets are not allowed.

Serta queen size mattresses and smart TV's. Fully equipped kitchens so you to eat in or dine out at local restaurants!

R HOUSE on Steps Beach in the Marine Reserve

Located on Steps Beach in the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, home to the beautiful sunsets. The rental comes fully stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, sun umbrellas, BBQ grill, organic herb garden, air conditioning, washer & dryer, games, Smart TV and WIFI. The house has 1,000 gallons of reserve water in cisterns in case of a water outage and Solar Panels with Tesla batteries for backup power. Starlink satellite internet for uninterrupted service.
