Home Away From Home Luquillo Beach Condo

Come relax at this recently renovated condo in Luquillo. Located on the 2nd floor of a walk up complex. Purchased as a family getaway, due to many requests from friends and family, I decided to list it on Airbnb so others can experience the beautiful and peaceful town of Luquillo. Located 35 minutes from San Juan airport, steps from Playa Azul, few minutes from the Luquillo kiosks and not far from El Yunque or Bio Bay or the ferry it’s a perfect location to explore the east side of the island.

Beach Lover's Heaven

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

Beach Front near Luquillo

Our apartment is in front of a beautiful, uncrowded, quite beach and is part of a gated community with security guards 24/7, where you can enjoy 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and a playground. This listing is at the feet of El Yunque National Rain Forest. Our neighbor is The Rio Mar Hotel with its Golf Court. You’ll love it for its coziness, views, and tranquillity. Perfect for romantic couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NOTE: HAVING A CAR IS A MUST!

Sea Breeze House

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central condo. You can walk from your bed to the beach or enjoy a day at the pool. If you don't want that, we have access to nearby restaurants such as Los kioskos de Luquillo , which are an 8-minute walk away. The town is 6 minutes from the apartment where you can visit and enjoy La Pared, which is famous for being a surfing beach. Also if you need to buy food and other necessities there is a supermarket and Walgreens which takes a minute by car.

This 10'x16' self sufficient tiny house is a unique space on the mountain with everything you need to relax away from home. The views of the National rain forest and coastline are amazing. The Sonadora creek borders the 7.5 acres backyard and can be accessed through several paths in the property. The small kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. It is 29 minutes to the Ferry terminal to Vieques/Culebra, 28 minutes to Seven Seas and 41 minutes to El Yunque.
