A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Enjoy breakfast outside whilst watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning - or sit relaxing with a glass of wine watching the moon sparkle over the ocean in the evening. There is a private heated pool which is gated and so safe for young children, sunbeds, bbq and outdoor tennis table.

It’s 1st line on the beautiful Marina de la Torre golf course and a 5 min walk from the beautiful beaches of Mojácar. The home features 5 large bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a cinema space, a large office, utility space, gym and 6 car garage. It also features a fully landscaped garden, a large 10m by 5m pool, which is overlooked by an outdoor kitchen and three large terraces. It’s the perfect beach villa.

Es una casa bonita y cómoda para unas vacaciones relajadas en familia. Luminosa y totalmente equipada, con camas de viscoelástica, calefacción y aire acondicionado, wifi, 2 salones y 3 terrazas, 3 baños, agua caliente por gas y parking. La terraza trasera tiene vistas a la piscina, a la que se accede por unas escaleras, y la playa está a unos minutos caminando, accesible con niños pequeños. Es una playa salvaje, poco transitada. Hay un parque de columpios, fútbol y gimnasio exterior.
