El apartamento es ideal tanto para unas vacaciones cortas de verano como para una cómoda estancia prolongada en invierno. El entorno es tranquilo, no hay lugares ruidosos en las casas vecinas. Hay un balcón grande. Dispone de una cómoda cocina, aire acondicionado, Internet de fibra óptica (600 mb/s) y Smart TV.
