In Los Cristianos, in the south of Tenerife, there’s a little corner where sunlight, the sea, and tranquility coexist with everything you’re looking for in a holiday: restaurants, beaches, bars, supermarkets — all just steps away. And right in that corner is La Casa de Playa. A 150-square-meter penthouse, recently renovated, located on the top floor of an elegant residential complex with two heated swimming pools, a bar open every day, and an adjoining billiard area — just 500 meters from the beach. It’s a very private space: no neighbors on either side, and total silence — but as soon as you step outside, you’re in the lively and welcoming center of Los Cristianos, with its seaside promenades, seafood restaurants, bars, and charming local shops. Inside, everything is spacious, bright, and designed for comfort: * Three bedrooms: two with double beds, plus one loft with a double bed and a single bed, featuring an electric skylight. * Two modern bathrooms. * A brand-new kitchen, fully equipped as if you were going to live here full-time. * Bed linens and beach towels. * Clean, modern, and essential furnishings. * Lots of natural light thanks to windows facing three directions (east, south, and west). * Air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room. * High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, and streaming services. * Complete towel set. But the highlight is the outdoor space. You have two terraces with sea views. The main one is a true extension of the home: 45 m² with a private jacuzzi, barbecue, pergola, dining table, and a chill-out area where you can lie back and gaze at the ocean. The second terrace is more secluded — ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a conversation while admiring the distant sea. Thanks to its three-sided orientation, the natural light changes the atmosphere from morning to evening. And when sunset comes, the terrace glows orange, the sea reflects in your eyes, and being in the jacuzzi at that moment is something you’ll remember. Always. La Casa de Playa isn’t just a beautiful place to sleep. It’s a space to feel good — at peace, in the sun, with everything close by but without the crowds. A place where you can truly experience Tenerife, in your own way. Please note that this is a residential property. We kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours (from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), to refrain from hosting parties, and not to smoke inside the home. In general, we thank you for treating the property with the same care and respect you would your own. House Rules – Residential Complex The accommodation is located within a residential complex. To ensure pleasant coexistence, neighbors’ peace and quiet, and everyone’s safety, it is essential to respect the following rules: Communal areas: Playing ball games, running, or skating in the communal areas is not permitted. Balconies and terraces: Hanging or drying clothes, towels, or other items on balconies and terraces is not permitted. Prohibited behavior and substances: Causing disturbances due to the misuse of drugs or other substances is prohibited. The sale or production of such substances within the complex and the building is also prohibited. Communal swimming pool: Please respect the pool rules. In particular, for safety reasons, glassware or glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. No smoking in communal areas: Spanish law prohibits smoking in enclosed communal areas (lifts, corridors, stairwells, bathrooms, etc.). Throwing cigarette ends in communal areas or from balconies is also prohibited. Balcony safety: Placing or resting objects on balcony walls or railings is not permitted. Bookings from groups of young people under 28 years old are not accepted. We are happy to welcome you and want your stay to be as pleasant as possible.
