A charming old townhouse, fully renovated to the highest standard, with stunning sea and mountain views from the 25 sqm terrace. The house is located just behind the main street, Calle Miguel, in the picturesque Old Town, just a stone's throw from the beautiful church at the square. The house is fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On the terrace, you'll find a dining table with chairs, sun loungers, and a lounge sofa for relaxing moments

Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

It has a beautiful balcony with an incredible view of the mountains and sea, perfect for a quick trip to the beach. It’s only 200 meters from the old town and 600 meters from the beach. Easy to park outside for free.
