Disposem d'un espai exterior on fer barbacoes, piscina, taula de ping-pong, billar, xemeneia interior, diverses zones per menjar i relaxar-se, una cuina equipada amb tot el necessari i un pati interior on resguardar-se de la Tramuntana. Tot preparat per passar una bona estada sense haver de sortir de casa.

Justo al lado del apartamento hay un solar que se puede aparcar el coche y es gratuito o en la misma calzada del apartamento.
