Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! Bedrooms include a queen bed and two single beds and the living room has space for three additional sleepers. Kitchen includes all necessities and a fully stocked coffee bar. Location is in a quiet, updated neighborhood but located off a major through street that can quickly get you to anywhere in town! A great stay with the added fun of a scavenger hunt to locate all of our llamas!

This newly renovated home offers a private 150 feet beach on the Verdigris Creek. Depths ranges from a few inches to 2 feet deep. This private beach is perfect for relaxing while reading a book, or watching your kids enjoying the water all day.
