Emplacement top, vue exceptionnelle à Villefranche

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

En plein cœur de la vieille ville, profitez d'un magnifique logement dans un immeuble typique, a quelques pas de la mer, et à proximité de toutes commodités (supérettes, tabac ...). Baladez vous dans les rues obscures de la ville, le long de la plage, visitez la citadelle, profitez des bars et restaurants de la ville avant de profiter du confort de logement refait à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité. Possibilité d'accéder à pieds (7 minutes) au train et bus pour visiter Nice, Monaco, etc ...

Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.
