The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking!
