Nice outbuilding houses propane shower and composting toilet ("number one" is OK in trailer). Woodsy, birdsong-y site on W. Broad - mild to (rarely) moderate traffic noise. Cooking utensils and dishes are in the well-appointed kitchen, which has a stove, small oven, and icebox - we provide ice blocks. Owners on property always available but give you space.

The 1/3 School House is a unique Historic Property that was once part of our 1880 school house. The School House was split into 3 parts and moved throughout town.
