Lovely walk in walk out with private entrance, 500sqf one bedroom guest suite with 9 foot ceilings is bright and airy. This self contained one bedroom suite offers privacy and easy access. If you like cooking your own meals we have a mature herbs on the pathway to the suite that you are welcome to pick from for your meals. We provide coffee/tea/sugar/milk/yogurt/fresh fruit/museli/granola to ensure you have what you need for breakfast the day of arrival. We have a two night minimum stay.

Close to all transit and a stones throw to Whole Foods, Fitness World, browns social house, and shopping at Uptown Centre. This central location will afford you quick access to all the South Island has on offer. No smoking of any substance or excessive noise as we live in the home and will extend the same courtesy. Brentwood Garden Suite

The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.

Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!
