Enjoy peace and quiet here with a private entrance, space, and patio. Close to Brevard, Dupont, Pisgah. The studio is in a quiet home and neighborhood. Bike wash, tools, and help are available. Wake up to a peaceful and private view of rhododendron and mountain laurel. You may even see a white squirrel or black bear. This is our home. We work hard to create a peaceful, cozy space for you. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.

Come relax and enjoy the views from the private screened in porch, private guest garden with sun deck, or from inside the apt. The choice is yours. At the end of the day, have a restful evening in the comfy king size bed. Mornings are easy with coffee, tea, cereal, or oatmeal. Internet password is on the fridge and you can log onto your favorite streaming accounts. We thoroughly clean and disinfect after every guest. No smoking anywhere on the property.
