Miran ambijent okružen prirodom udaljen od mora 5 km. Kamena kuća sa hrastovim namještajem na 3 etaže, sa velikim otvorenim prostorima. S prekrasnim pogledom na more i Alpe. U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. Udaljenost od grada garantira mir i slobodu. Idealno za obitelji, bicikliste i sve one koji uživaju u prirodi. Gosti imaju 30% popust na ulaznicu u aquapark.

Villa Dorina

Das Neu erbaute und Modern eingerichtete Haus befindet sich in Kastel nicht weit von der Grenze Slowenien/Kroatien. Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Villa Aurora ist ein modernes Ferienhaus, das bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen kann, gelegen in der ruhigen Wohngegend Crveni vrh, nur 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Von der Terrasse und dem Pool aus bietet sich ein wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer, Savudrija und Piran, während Golfbegeisterte den nahegelegenen Golf Club Adriatic genießen können. Die Nähe zu Umag ermöglicht es den Gästen, bequem Restaurants, Cafés und verschiedene kulturelle Angebote zu erreichen.

Zelo mirno okolje, mila klima. Čudovit razgled nad celim Piranskim zalivom, od solin, Savudrije do Bernardina in Portoroža. Nov apartma, več kot 60 kvadratnih metrov, 3 km do Portoroža, 82 metrov nadmorske višine. Primerno za počitek ali aktivne počitnice. Vila obnovljena septembra 2019. Obkrožena je z nasadom oljk-125 dreves. Apartma ima vso opremo za bivanje in spanje za 4-5 ljudi. Goste sprejemamo osebno.
