The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Location, location, location! When visiting Florida a central location is vital to being able to see all that Florida has to offer. Our newly built home in 2025 is located on a quiet street in Citrus Springs and makes an excellent home base. Our home is minutes from Rainbow Springs and Three Sisters Springs for a swim with the manatees. A daytrip to the beach is just minutes from our home and a trip to Disney is just a car ride away. Many excellent dining options are all located nearby as well!

PLEASE NOTE: To have the pool OR spa heated is optional, with a fee of $50.00 per night (only one or the other can be heated, not combined). Our place is centrally located to Rainbow Springs, Ocala, Crystal River and Dunnellon. ATV trails located a half mile away! Boat dock 3 miles away! Numerous walking and biking trails within 5 minutes.

Beverly Hills Vacation Home

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 1800 Square feet featuring 3 large bedrooms, large fully equipped kitchen and games room. 2 king beds and one queen . The games room has a futon, allowing sleeping of up to 8 people. There is also a huge back yard for you and your fur babies to enjoy, with a propane bbq as well. Bring your boat theres lots of fishing in the area. Golf courses, boat tours, and just over an hour from all the theme parks in Orlando.
