We have one exterior Ring camera doorbell, by the front door, which detects motion, records audio and video. This notifies hosts of packages and guests arrival. We understand the importance of staying Healthy that’s why we use 40-80 First Defense (Hospital Grade/ Covid 19 DISINFECTANT plus Clorox Clean up bleach DISINFECTANT after each guest to ensure not to spread any illnesses or Diseases! We are also equipped with a fully automatic whole house propane generator.
