Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. It is not just a unique dwelling in its style and in its elegance , but also a strategic location. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

La casa sul lago

Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Apartments in a villa with a big garden located in Mulinetti, close to Recco. The apartment is brand new and the furniture is high quality. There are a wide terrace and a small private garden with an astonishing view on the sea and Portofino mount. Welcome in our life's project. An attic with 3 cozy rooms completely renovated and with original 60's bathrooms style. The park will guarantee you relax and peace. A "summer kitchen" (from june to september) and a porch that used for lunch/dinner. We live on the ground floor, but the entrance is indipendent. We are in the mid of Cuneo, half an hour from the mountains, 15 min. from the Langhe, and 50 min. from the sea. For less than 6 people contact us if you want whole house.
