Piccola Casa ( CIR00503700001) ist ein kleines antikes Dorfhäuschen im alten Kern von Cessole. Das Häuschen wurde 2018 vollständig restauriert und in ein kleines Designschmuckstück verwandelt. Das Haus besticht durch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und verbindet Wohlbehagen mit Design und moderner Technik. Fußbodenheizung und Kamin sorgen für Behaglichkeit. La casa è situata in centro città, a 200 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus e a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pedonale, ma offre alla stesso tempo una grandissima tranquillità, grazie alla sua posizione in una strada privata. A vostra disposizione c’è un intero appartamento mansardato, situato all’ultimo piano, e un ampio giardino con piscina e laghetto. La posizione è ideale anche per partire alla scoperta delle colline e dei borghi di Langhe, Roero e Monferrato.

La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.
